Well furnished and spacious two bedroom duplex. Clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The house is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We stayed here for a short visit to Jacksonville. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated our interactions with the host who is promptly responsive and accommodating.

Tina was a great host! She was able to accept my request of an early check-in and I”m so thankful for that. She is very responsive and gave very clear instructions. Will check in with her again if we ever go back to Jacksonville.

Tina’s place made me and my family feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, even had some seasonings and hot sauce. The house was spacious, good neighborhood with diff places to eat. Beach was 30min. Overall, I would book again. Home away from home 😁

Enjoyed my stay very much

Enjoyed my stay very much. I requested last minute and almost gave up on looking but when I requested with Tina, she answered within a hour like it says she will do. Tina was very responsive and checked in on us a lot but not too much that it felt weird or anything. It felt comfortable in the home and the beds slept wonderful. Tina place actually had everything you would need if you were at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and eat with. It felt like home away from home. I visit the area a lot so i will definitely be booking again. Thanks Tina
